Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
Cenlar employees share interest in the company through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. After one year of service, employees are enrolled in the next opening period (January 1 or July 1) and the value of their stock is determined by company profitability at the end of each calendar year. This benefit requires no contributions from you, and you are fully vested after five years of service.

401k
Cenlar matches 100% of your contributions up to 3% of pay and 50% of your contributions for the next 2% of pay (matching contributions are made at the end of each month). You are eligible to participate with pre-tax contributions after three months of service and eligible for employer matching after one year of service, which are 100% vested immediately. The opening period for enrollment are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Medical Benefits
Our carrier's Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) provides your choice of two levels of health coverage. Coverage includes medical and prescription drug programs. Employees share the cost of the coverage selected.

Vision Benefits
Cenlar employees have the option to purchase vision coverage for themselves and eligible dependents. The in-network benefit is the most cost-effective with 100% converage for most services, however, out-of-network coverage is available for a specific reimbursable amount on select services.

Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance is provided by your choice of a managed care network dentist or a traditional fee schedule reimbursement plan with the dentist of your choice. Cenlar pays the full premium for single coverage and contributes that amount towards the cost of optional family coverage.

Educational Opportunities
Cenlar encourages full-time employees (after six months of service) to continue their job related college education. Reimbursement for tuition, fees, and books is made according to grade achieved, with grade A equal to 100% reimbursement.

Paid Training Program
Cenlar is committed to employee development. We provide in-house, paid training programs, including management training. In addition, employees are encouraged to participate in continuous learning experiences.

Vacation
Employees accrue vacation time from their date of hire. You can start taking accrued vacation time after six months of service.

1 to 5 years......................2 weeks
5 to 10 years....................3 weeks
10+ years........................ 4 weeks

Sick/Personal Days
Full-time employees receive sick/personal time: one-half day of sick/personal time accrues per month beginning with your hire date and can be used after three months with the company.

Holidays
Cenlar employees receive ten paid holidays per year.

Life Insurance

Group Life
Employees are covered for twice their base salary for term life insurance as well as twice their base salary for accidental death or dismemberment. This group term life plan is provided at no cost to employees.

Optional Life
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves or their dependents through a group plan. Payment of premiums is offered through payroll deductions.

Business Travel Accidental
Employees are covered for business travel insurance fully paid by Cenlar.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees have the opportunity to use pre-tax dollars for a variety of dependent care or medical expenses. By setting aside pre-tax dollars in the flexible spending accounts you will reduce your taxable salary therefore reducing all of your taxes, not just federal tax. You can be reimbursed for uninsured medical expenses and dependent care expenses. A "Benny Card" is available for the medical flexible spending account which eliminates the need to file a paper claim form.

Disability

Short Term
Employees are covered under the New Jersey State Disability Plan and have the option to purchase additional short-term disability coverage.

Long Term
Coverage is effective 90 days after the start of a personal injury or illness. This coverage provides employees with 60% of salary up to $7,000 per month until they return to work or reach the age of 65 (whichever comes first). This group LTD plan is provided at no cost to employees.

Additional Benefits

AFLAC Insurance Plans
In an effort to provide the best for our employees, Cenlar offers AFLAC's valuable supplemental insurance coverage's through payroll deductions. Employees have the option to buy up their short-term disability, accident protection plan, cancer protection plan, and intensive care insurance.

Business Casual Dress Code
Employees have the opportunity to dress business casual year-round.

Employee Referral
Employees receive a reimbursement of $200 for every three months their referral is employed with Cenlar. Maximum reimbursement is $800 per referral.

Fitness Reimbursement
To promote employee fitness and physical well being, Cenlar reimburses up to $300 per year for your participation in an approved fitness program.

Discount tickets for the movies, theme parks and local museums.

Long Term Care Insurance (LTC)
Employees are eligible to purchase insurance for assistance at home or in a facility (by friends, family, or professionals). The need for care can arise out of illness, injury, or advancing age.

Prepaid Legal Services Plan
Employees have the opportunity to participate in a prepaid legal services plan. Coverage provides some free services, as well as, discounted services for you and your eligible dependents.

U.S. Savings Bonds
Employees are eligible to set money aside for the future through the Payroll Savings Plan to purchase Savings Bonds.
