CUSTOM REPORTING PACKAGE
Cenlar can make a wide variety of reports available to fulfill our clients' specialized business needs. Cenlar will support their special reporting requirements through a series of existing and individually designed reports developed to individual specifications. We can provide an extract or full master file of data fields for the client to develop and design their own reports. Cenlar will provide reports for our client's portfolio, in addition to reporting directly to third party investors on a monthly basis. These reports will be separated to correspond to the servicer's general ledger classifications for ease in processing remittances and accruals.
ELECTRONIC DATA ACCESS
It is important to provide access to data that enables today's portfolio manager maintain updated information on any loan in the portfolio. This permits them to service all of their borrowers' relationships and to effectively answer any questions that may be asked directly of them. To accomplish this, servicers must have available to them key pieces of information on each loan file on a timely basis. Cenlar has developed a dynamic series of optional, customized enhancements to our loan subservicing system to meet our clients' specialized needs. |
