June 30, 2017, Ewing, NJ – This summer, Cenlar FSB further proved its commitment to the health, happiness and wellbeing of its employees by kicking off its annual health and wellness fair. The fair is the centerpiece of the company’s Happy & Healthy at Cenlar program, which works to provide meaningful resources to employees looking to make positive health changes. The program features workshops and lunch and learns, preventive health screenings and even summer sports leagues to help employees get informed, healthy and active.
This year, fairs were held at four different company locations in New Jersey and Arizona. Employees had the opportunity to speak with a variety of experts and health and wellness partners, and also had a chance to learn more about Cenlar’s Wellness Reimbursement Program. Through the program, employees can be reimbursed for memberships at fitness facilities, nutrition programs for weight loss, and smoking cessation programs.
One of the highlights of this year’s events was the introduction of a company-wide health and wellness survey. Hundreds of employees participated, sharing interests and suggestions. The survey results will be used to help the company further tailor the Happy & Healthy program to the needs of its employees.
