CLIMB Summer Internship Program

Cenlar’s CLIMB Summer Internship Program is a 10-week full-time paid internship where you’ll have the opportunity to work with industry experts and learn the financial services business of mortgage servicing.

As a participant in the program, you’ll concentrate on a specific functional area within Cenlar FSB, collaborating with department managers and mentors, while gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that will enable you to grow professionally. You’ll also participate in activities designed to enhance your professional development and understanding of Cenlar including:

  • Roundtables and other opportunities to network with senior leaders
  • Professional Development Seminars
  • Mentorship with members of Cenlar’s CLIMB Leadership Development Program
  • A capstone presentation

Eligibility: Applicants must be in good academic standing and have eligibility within their university to complete an internship during the term for which they are applying. Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors with well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, a propensity to lead, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is strongly preferred.

CLIMB Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Our CLIMB Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rotational training program designed to prepare Cenlar’s future generation of business leaders. As an LDP participant you will be a full-time Cenlar employee and will receive a competitive salary and generous benefits.

As one of a select few CLIMB LDP members, you’ll develop leadership and technical experience through a series of rotational assignments in the company’s key functional areas of Customer Interaction, Service Excellence, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Operations, Treasury, Transfer Operations and Project Management.
You will also have the advantage of:

  • Senior Leadership mentoring
  • Leadership skills and industry training
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback

Eligibility: Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree prior to the program start date. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with demonstrated leadership experience on campus, within the community and/or in previous work experience. Well-developed analytical problem solving and decision making skills are a must, along with a propensity to lead, take initiative, and adapt to new environments. Ideal candidates are open to a variety of career options within a financial services company.

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is strongly preferred.
