The future. It’s often hard to predict, but at Cenlar, we have a pretty good idea what it might look like.
That’s because — when it comes to technology — we are on the cutting edge. We’ve invested heavily in technology over the last three years, all in the name of transforming for the future. And in this issue of the Centinel, you’ll see firsthand what that transformation means for you, your homeowners and Cenlar.
We’re excited to share this progress with you. Within this newsletter, you’ll be able to read about how we are achieving this transformation and what we have planned for the future. You’ll find information on continued enhancements to our state-of-the art bots and on how we’re streamlining the client and homeowner experience with automation. You’ll get a sneak peek at our ambitious data warehousing and analytics effort, which will bring even more insights into how Cenlar and our clients do business.
There’s a lot to discuss, and we hope to have a chance to catch up face-to-face soon. But, even if we can’t catch up in-person, we’re pleased to continue sharing updates about our accomplishments and areas of focus in future versions of the Centinel, our bi-weekly Client Bulletin and our regular Update with Cenlar Leadership calls.
