A Message From Matt Detwiler

At Cenlar, we’ve spent a lot of time and energy the last two years investing in our future. In this issue of the Centinel, you’ll see firsthand how our investments have yielded results, creating a Cenlar that is stronger than ever.

It’s a dynamic time in our organization’s history, as we witness this transformation take hold and bear fruit. We’re excited to share this progress with you. Within this newsletter, you’ll be able to read about how data analysis has driven enhancements for homeowners and clients, how we’re continuing to refine the homeowner experience, how we’re evolving our default strategy and our relationships with GSEs and what we expect the market holds in the quarter — and year — ahead. 

There’s a lot to discuss, and we hope to have a chance to catch up face-to-face this fall. We’ll be a strong presence at many of the industry conferences in the coming weeks, and we especially look forward to chatting with all of you at the MBA Annual Conference in Nashville, October 23-26.
