John Lacca Leads Client Management Team for Credit Unions

John Lacca, Vice President, Executive Client Management, recently joined Cenlar to work exclusively with our credit union client partners. John, who came to us from the Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU), has spent more than 20 years building teams to provide best-in-class member service experiences. We are excited to announce that he will be spearheading a team of four client managers dedicated to serving our credit union partners. 

In the few months John has been with Cenlar, he has made it his priority to connect with every credit union partner to understand how we can better support you.

Johns team of client managers — all with unique credit union expertise — are working to ensure that Cenlar is providing superior service to you, our partners. The team is comprised of John and Client Managers Jacqueline (Jackie) Keeley, Stephen Andree, Michael Esposito and Elizabeth Both. 

Meet The Team

Jacqueline (Jackie) Keeley

Jackie has been with Cenlar for five years and has nearly 25 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry. Jackie enjoys working with her credit union partners because of their people helping people” mission.   

For Jackie, the key to maintaining good client relations is communication. If a client has an issue that cant be resolved immediately, Jackie follows through and stays in constant contact until there is a resolution.

Michael Esposito

Michael has also been with Cenlar for nine years. Michael noted that sustaining good client relations is all about communication and understanding their needs. 

I listen to my clients. Its all about openness. There are times where a client has a tough situation and I am always available to help them find a resolution,” said Michael. Credit unions go the extra mile for their members and hone in on their needs. I have that similar mindset when working with my credit union partners.”

Stephen Andree

Stephen has been with Cenlar for nine years and almost six in his client management role. His philosophy on managing clients is being attentive to their needs and concerns.  

I am a strong advocate for my clients and their members. I work hard to improve the member experience and eliminate any friction where it exists,” said Stephen.

Elizabeth Both

A 25-year veteran at Cenlar, Elizabeth is excited to be part of this new credit union client management team. She has been working in client management since 2009. Elizabeth said her clients are her partners and does her best to provide excellent service to them and their members.

Our team knows that having those quality and valuable conversations on every contact with our credit union clients and your members is key to your success. Collaboration, communication and teamwork will be keys to success between our internal teams and our credit union clients — always with the goal to exceed client expectations and go above and beyond for the members we serve,” John said.
