Coronavirus Pandemic: Caring for Our Clients, Borrowers, Employees and Communities
It’s an uncertain time. But what is certain is that caring for our clients, borrowers, employees and communities is of the utmost importance to us.
While no one could have anticipated the breath and scope of the impact of the Coronavirus, Cenlar was prepared. We engaged our internal business continuity task force early on to direct our readiness, enact our business continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR) plan and take actions as needed related to the spread of the virus.
Continuing to Take Precautions
Over the last several weeks, this task force has focused efforts on enabling our employees to work remotely for an unspecified period of time so that critical business functions may continue while also protecting the health and well-being of our team during the pandemic.
Like many companies, we also closed our locations to outside visitors and halted business and interoffice travel. We are cleaning more frequently, using government-approved cleaning agents, made hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available to our onsite employees, and placed importance on thorough hand washing and behaviors that mitigate the spread of germs.
Communication and Support
We also continue our cadence of pandemic communication to our clients and employees to inform and support them.
As the situation progresses, communication for borrowers is now more important than ever, and Cenlar is here to help.
