Cenlar Appoints Senior Leaders to Corporate Initiatives Group

Cenlar FSB announced today that Rob Larson and Mary Stephenson have both been appointed to Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Rob and Mary will work alongside Catherine French, Senior Vice President and Head of the Corporate Initiatives Group, to develop and implement companywide initiatives aimed at achieving long-term goals and objectives.

“We are thrilled to have Robert and Mary at Cenlar! With their combined years of experience and expertise, they will serve as valuable players on this team,” said Catherine.

Rob has more than 20 years of leadership in the financial services industry. He was previously Director at MUFG Union Bank where he managed programs for several large-scale initiatives including four post-acquisition integrations. He was also Manager at KPMG LLP where he provided advisory / program management services to several top financial institutions. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Mary is a veteran in the mortgage industry and brings substantial knowledge and expertise to Cenlar. In her prior position as Vice President of Integration Management for Newrez, LLC, she was responsible for the integration of assets for Retail M&A initiatives. She also partnered with leadership to integrate the legacy Caliber Home Loans, Inc. into Newrez. Mary also led leadership and consulting assignments at Newbold Advisors, MetLife Bank and Nationstar Mortgage. Mary earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Texas.
