From introductory sessions for new hires to enrichment opportunities for experienced employees and managers, Cenlar University is committed to your continuous professional growth by offering a comprehensive catalog of skill-building and knowledge curriculum.

Employees interested in pursuing higher education and certifications aligned with their job responsibilities may be eligible for professional certificate and degree reimbursement programs.

All Cenlar employees also receive complimentary membership in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). As MBA members, our colleagues have access to free, best-in-class industry education, including self-study and other programs, such as the Residential Certified Mortgage Servicer and Certified Mortgage Servicer courses. Employees interested in next-level MBA education may be selected for study at the organization’s School of Mortgage Banking where they may pursue an Accredited Mortgage Professional designation.
