You can call 877-7-PAYOFF to request a payoff statement 24/7. After the payoff statement has been generated, you can access it by going to Documents in the main navigation of the homeowner website.
You are also able to request a payoff statement on the homeowner website that will be available in the Document Center within 24 hours.
If you received an Unclaimed Property letter, it is to notify you that we would like to send you a replacement check. In order to claim these funds, please complete the information requested at the bottom of the letter, along with notating if there has been a change of address, then send it back to us via email, fax, or mail.
Upon receipt of the signed claim form, we will begin the process to reissue the funds to you. All forms must be reviewed for completeness and accuracy. We anticipate sending you a replacement check approximately 15 business days after receipt of the claim form.
