Cenlar FSB announced today that Chief Growth Officer Lynn Tarantino has received the Women of Influence 2024 award by HousingWire.
The Women of Influence award, which is given annually by HousingWire, honors 100 women who are shaping and propelling the housing economy forward with their impressive achievements. The Women of Influence are selected by HousingWire’s selection committee based on their professional achievements within their organizations in addition to their contributions to the overall industry, community outreach, client impact and personal success.
As Chief Growth Officer, Lynn has more than 20 years of compliance and risk experience managing, overseeing and reducing risk and establishing controls for financial institutions. She is responsible for enhancing Cenlar’s product suite. This includes items such as new home equity offerings, a recapture process for clients, and new bank products such as MSR advance finance. Prior to becoming Chief Growth Officer, Lynn was Chief Control and Quality Officer where she created and executed a control framework to manage and reduce risk across the company’s operations. Prior to that role, Lynn was Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and BSA Officer, where she was responsible for the governance and oversight of the firm’s compliance management system, including regulatory change management, examination management and the financial crimes team.
