A Message From Matt Detwiler

With a chill in the air in the Northeast, the pace of transformation continues to heat up here at Cenlar.

We have a lot of good things to share at Cenlar as we continue to transform the company and lead the modernization of mortgage loan servicing, and I hope you find the content in this publication a useful look at how we’re working on your behalf, making improvements and delivering results.

Our objective is simple: to continue with a focus at providing the very best service to you and your homeowners each and every day.

I am super excited to say that inside this issue you’ll find Cenlar President and CEO David Schneider lay out his vision for our organization and our commitment to client service excellence. From there, you can read more about how our leaders are putting that vision into action, with a roundtable discussion with COO Leslie Peeler, Chief Digital Officer Josh Reicher and Chief Risk Officer Sara Avery.

My team and I have been busy building that culture, as well. Since the beginning of this year, we have made a deliberate effort to get on the road and meet with you. So far, I’ve been to Alaska, California, Florida, New York and North Carolina, just to name a few. If we haven’t yet met in your offices, rest assured we look forward to seeing you very soon. Or, perhaps, we’ll cross paths in Denver, CO, where I’ll be joining several Cenlar executives in late October for the MBA Annual Convention.

We believe these face-to-face visits — ideally at your place of business — are fundamental to getting a deeper understanding of how you work and how we can help you. We are actively listening and learning how we can improve what we do for you and your homeowners.

And, until we meet again, we’ll continue to share more about our progress, in written communications like the Centinel and the bi-weekly Client Bulletin, in our regular Update with Cenlar Leadership calls and in your conversations with your Client Management team.
